Bringing OT to you, in the comfort of home
In-home pediatric occupational therapy in Alpharetta.
Personalized, play-based occupational therapy in your child's natural environment, where they feel most comfortable and confident. I come to your front door in Alpharetta, Milton, Johns Creek, Cumming, Woodstock and Canton, and you see exactly what to practice between visits.
Why at home
Practice where everyday life actually happens.
The routines that feel hardest, like getting dressed, sitting for meals, brushing teeth or winding down for bed, happen at home. In-home occupational therapy lets me work on those routines in the real setting, with your child's own clothes, utensils, toys and furniture.
Children are often more relaxed and willing to try new things in a familiar place. And because you're right there, you learn the strategies as I use them, which makes carryover between sessions far easier.
- No commute, no waiting room
- Goals built around your family's real routines
- Parents and caregivers learn strategies hands-on
- Siblings' schedules stay intact
- Every visit with Amy Reynolds, MS, OTR/L
- Private pay, so no insurance visit caps

How it works
What an in-home visit looks like
I arrive with a bag of purposeful, play-based activities and use what's already in your home. A visit usually mixes movement, hands-on activities and practice of a specific routine, then ends with a few minutes to talk through what went well and what to try this week.
You don't need a special room or equipment. A bit of floor space and a table are usually plenty. Curious how to get started? See the first steps and rates.
